This Cookie Policy covers the Italian Pet Service institutional website. The controller is I.P.S. di Stefano De Ponti, Via Antonio Pacinotti, 27, 20900 Monza (MB), Italy, VAT number 04799410966. Contact: info@italianpetservice.com, telephone +39 039 2917647.
1. Cookies and browser storage
Cookies are small text files stored by your browser when you visit a website. The website may also use technical browser session storage. Technologies needed to deliver the requested service and remember cookie choices work without prior consent.
2. Services actually present
The website uses Polylang for language selection and Complianz for cookie preferences. Content, images and scripts are hosted on the website; Aruba provides hosting and caching.
As of this update, the institutional pages have not shown Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, other statistics or advertising scripts, externally hosted Google Fonts, embedded YouTube/Vimeo videos or maps, or reCAPTCHA. Aruba email and iCloud Drive are tools for handling enquiries and documents; they are not embedded in these pages as trackers.
3. Technical and functional technologies
| Name or service | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
pll_languagePolylang, first party | Remembers your selected browsing language. | 1 year |
cmplz_*Complianz, first party | Stores choices, panel status and cookie preference version. Depending on enabled options, this may include cmplz_banner-status, cmplz_functional, cmplz_preferences, cmplz_statistics, cmplz_marketing, cmplz_policy_id and cmplz_consented_services. These names record preferences and do not by themselves activate statistics or advertising tools. | Up to 365 days, according to the preference configuration |
wpEmojiSettingsSupportsWordPress session storage | Checks the browser’s technical support for displaying emoji. | Browser session |
WordPress login and settings cookies, including wordpress_test_cookie, wordpress_logged_in_*, wordpress_sec_*, wp-settings-* and wp-settings-time-* | Authentication, security and administrative area preferences. These concern people accessing that area, rather than ordinary page browsing. | Depends on the session: test cookie until closing the browser; login normally 2 days or 14 days with “Remember Me”; settings up to 1 year |
The technologies actually present also depend on the selected language, administrative access and saved choices. Not every listed name must be present on every visit.
4. Optional cookies and consent
No analytics or marketing services requiring consent are currently active. Necessary cookies remain operational when you reject optional choices. The preference panel distinguishes necessary functions from any available options; rejecting optional choices does not prevent browsing or contacting us.
If optional services are introduced, the notice and configuration must be updated before activation. Tools requiring consent must remain blocked until the corresponding choice has been made. Scrolling the page does not constitute consent.
5. Managing and changing your preferences
You can review the categories and change your choices through “Cookie preferences” in the footer. Strictly necessary functions remain active. You can also delete or block cookies through your browser settings; blocking all cookies may interfere with language selection and other technical functions.
6. External service links
“Online Boutique” opens a shop on a separate service; email and telephone links open the application selected on your device. A simple link does not load embedded external content. Other services apply their own notices and settings when you access them.
7. Personal data and rights
For purposes, legal bases, enquiry retention, providers, possible transfers outside the EEA and your rights, read the Privacy Policy. Contact the controller at info@italianpetservice.com. You may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
8. Inventory updates
This policy reflects the services and configuration checked on the indicated date. It must be reviewed when plugins, embedded content, statistics tools or external services change.
